Dr. Kind, Dr. Stafford, and Dr. Bender


 

Dr. Michael Bender

Dr. Michael Bender DDSDr. Michael Bender received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota in 1986. He then attended a one year Advanced General Dentistry Residency Program at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York. Dr. Bender has been practicing dentistry in Fort Atkinson since 1987. He is a member of the following organizations: American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Jefferson County Dental Society, United States Dental Institute for Orthodontics, Wisconsin Implant Association, Chicago Dental Society, International Association for Orthodontics. Dr. Bender is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry; he received his Mastership in this organization in 1999. Dr. Bender completed a TMD/Occlusion and Orofacial Pain mini-residency program through the Center for Occlusal Studies in May 2013 giving him specialized training in treating jaw joint and orofacial pain disorders. He and his wife, Donna, have three children.

Dr. Jeffrey Kind

Dr. KindDr. Jeffrey Kind received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1996. He then participated in a one year Fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Ohio State University. Dr. Kind started practicing dentistry in Fort Atkinson in 1997. Dr. Kind is a member of the following organizations: American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Jefferson County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Orthodontists, and Wisconsin Implant Association. Dr. Kind is a member of OKU Dental Honor Society and the Pierre Fauschard Academy. Dr. Kind and his wife, Deb, have four children.

Dr. Jennifer Stafford

Dr. StaffordDr. Jennifer Stafford received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in May of 2008. She began practicing dentistry in Fort Atkinson in July 2008 following graduation. Dr. Stafford is a member of the following organizations: American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Jefferson County Dental Society, Minnesota Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, International Association of Orthodontics, the International Association of Comprehensive Aesthetics, and the International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics. Dr. Stafford is currently working on obtaining her fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and the International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics. Dr. Stafford completed a TMD/Occlusion and Orofacial Pain mini-residency program through the Center for Occlusal Studies in May 2013, and is currently focusing much of her continuing education towards specialized training in treating jaw joint and orofacial pain disorders. Dr. Stafford and her husband Erik have two children.
